Tryfan the 8th peak the team will cross on the Welsh 3000. Next week the group will have their first map reading lesson then practice their new skill set on the Pontesbury potter in march. We have some amazing members at our club who do some amazing events through the year but this time members who participate in our bootcamp and circuit classes are taking up a challenge of a life time.
So after a little chat last weekend the gang have decided to do the Welsh 3000 in July! This involves 30 miles of hiking over 15 mountains in Wales over very technical terrain and climbing over the feared Crib Goch!

To all members who know Miranda. Unfortunately she has broken her ankle walking her lovely little dog. She will be missing from work for dare I say six weeks. So her baby swim classes will be cancelled. But her appointments will be hopefully moved on to other staff. We will try to get her spin classes covered.
