bought quite a few things from here and only ever had one issue with an item and was sorted straight away no hassle at all, the staff are lovely and its a fantastic place to grab a good deal, its always worth a look you never know what youll come out with! �

We went in to buy a right bargain of a shed. We came out with some unbelievably good quality items with 70% off.



The staff were really helpful and informative.



Even when we were half way home and realised we had forgotten one item on the floor by the till when we left in all the excitement of bagging so many bargains; on our return the staff had the item waiting for my husband by the front door, smiled and said "Here you are..."



Needless to say, we will be going back

Bought a rattan garden furniture set last week and was delivered today. They were lovely on the phone when I made my order and I asked if they could deliver Thursday as that's my day off. They obliged with no problem and was given a call 45 minutes before they arrived. The 2 guys carried right through to the back garden and placed it where I wanted it. Great service and will shop again here xx ��

Absolutely bloody love this place. Been shopping here about 5 years. Bought two hot tubs, three beds, dining table, exercise bike, trampoline, countless other furniture and small items. Absolute bargains. Staff are friendly and helpful (FYI you CAN fit a hot tub in a fiat 500! -Thanks guys!).

I recommend this place to everyone I know. Just be sure to check over the item you want and ask questions if needed. It's a catalogue returns store after all �

A couple of days after purchasing an hot tub we realised that the pump was faulty and not reaching temperature. We we're a bit concerned about the response we were going to get from catalogue returns, as we were advised that we wouldn't get any warranty but all items were tested before sold. Once we advised them of the problem the service we received couldn't have been any better. They swapped the faulty pump and gave us a couple of extra's for the inconvenience. All staff were very helpful and polite and gave an excellent service all round.

(If you do buy an hot tub make sure you get extra filters, as they need changing after every second use and will show e02 if not changed).

Great place, but find the staff hard to deal with and feel like treading on egg shells when walking in

Gone downhill since last time I went, lady working behind the counter very snappy for some reason, didn’t like her attitude at all. Won’t be rushing back in a hurry that’s for sure.

Rude... arrogant... need I say more?? Manners and politeness cost nothing..... I've bought from here before and never really had a problem but won't be coming back after today's visit... they're just not very nice people it's as simple as that.

Appalling customer service and such rude , unprofessional staff... made my son cry and threatened me if I put negative press on Facebook " I ll have ya.... just you dare"!!! Family run , dodgy business who treat customers and employees like dirt... no contracts etc ....police and trading standards have been informed ....
