Catalytst provide energy and financial advice to vulnerable people and Green Deal approved help with energy saving home improvements and installations. We work with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Energy Companies in addition to several other partnerships. Our mission is to: -Be instrumental in ensuring that vulnerable private homeowners can live in safe, suitable and appropriate housing conditions. -Provide housing advisors and home improvement organisations with training and certification to allow them to have a real positive impact on the community they serve. -Deliver services ethically, as a social enterprise, recycling profits into service delivery. Provide strategic direction, advice and support to local authorities in relation to recycling home improvement loan's surpluses.
