Hi everyone, I hope you r all having a fantastic bank holiday weekend! I wanted to inform you that as per June I wont be doing The Yoga Space Monday classes anymore.

Hi everyone...there are some news I like to share with you.
1st - I have a new Zumba class on Tuesday evenings 6.30-7.30 at Swarthmore Collegue,http://www.swarthmore.org.uk/
2nd - From the 13th May, I will be teaching at The Yoga Space from 9.45-10.45 am...not at 12.30 anymore...I will be doing 1st class for free PLUS discount for unemployed people.

Hi lovely people, I'm so excited because I'm doing the Zumba Toning training next week!!!its done with weights and its meant to be good for definition, the core & toning of course...looking forward to you guys trying... see u after the Easter Break, BIG Hugs xxx

Im really happy as I went to give my Zumba flyers out in Meanwood for my Mon class & I met some really nice people...top afternoon plus had tea & scones with my girl Emily :) x
