Caturra Coffee Club

At Caturra Coffee Club we believe that there is something hugely powerful about knowing where your coffee was grown and roasted. We decided to call our coffee club Caturra, the name of a variety of Arabica coffee tree, because it reminds us how much the origin of coffee matters. We launched in Autumn 2020, from our base in Woodston, Cambridgeshire, with a mission to showcase the best of the UK's independent coffee sector in as sustainable and ethical way as possible. Like many coffee enthusiasts, we love trying new roasts from different independent roasters, and are fascinated by the way each roaster crafts the beans in their own unique style. One of the best parts of becoming a member of Caturra Coffee Club is that you're joining a community of coffee lovers who receive a delicious variety of ethically sourced and carefully crafted artisan coffee direct to their door each month. We only partner with independent roasters who share our passion for both great coffee and high ethical and environmental standards. Our passion for delicious, fresh independently roasted speciality coffee is only matched by our commitment to environmental protection. We're determined to protect the planet for future generations. This commitment to the environment means that we're working to officially become the UK's first carbon negative coffee club. Our packaging is fully recyclable and made from either recycled or sustainable materials. In addition, we donate 1% of all our sales (that's right, sales not profit) to environmental groups and projects here in the UK to help protect our natural environment. The accountability and transparency within the speciality coffee industry results in a better deal for our coffee farmers and independent roasters and, ultimately, it results in better quality coffee for you.
