Delicious and healthy cauliflower base pizzas

We are, rather audaciously, trying to make food that is healthy and available to everyone regardless of budget and allergies. In essence, we are trying to make it so that you can have your pizza and eat it too.

The pizza itself is by no means a novel concept. It is an ancient one but one that has, over time, had many iterations. This is another iteration but one that is quite easily distinguished from a typical pizza.

We use cauliflower as the main ingredient in our base mix and replace the egg with other natural binding agents to create a fully vegan base. It is super healthy - the base contributes to 2 of your 5 a day alone - and regardless of your dietary requirements; vegan, gluten free, on a diet, and any allergy under the sun you can still eat it.

Part of the inspiration for our business is one of the founders has Crohn's Disease, so making healthy and tasty food that takes into account the various allergies that restricts people's diets is important to us.
