Main Purpose of Job
The candidate will be responsible for providing effective customer service from our brand new, prestigious offices in Skopje. The Client Support Executive will be required to project a professional image through phone and email interaction, while delivering accurate information/support in accordance with required procedures.
Main Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound phone calls from potential customers; Investigate and answer client inquiries; Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customer’s account; Available to work in shifts when scheduled.
Job Requirements Must be fluent in Norwegian and be fluent in English as well; Must be able to multitask, maintain a positive attitude, and follow directions; Excellent communications skills.
The ideal candidate would be familiar with applicants searching and screening, building and updating candidate and client lists and would have positive and can-do approach.
