Excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere for dinner with a good beer selection.

Lovely hotel very welcoming with an open fire greeting you, rooms are clean and a good size, staff very welcoming and good is lovely, drinks are rather expensive though, but I would stay here again.

Returned to a very warm and friendly welcome by Richard and all his great staff. Lovely food at very reasonable prices in a very relaxing environment. The service was excellent as always and we're looking forward to visiting Cartmel and The Cavendish Arms again very soon. Thanks.

Dinner two nights on the trot as we couldn't choose everything we wanted on the first one. Welcoming and warm on a wet night. Dog friendly and great food and service.

Great Food, beautiful Priory and Cartmel is a great base for the south lakes. Just watch the tight entrance to the car park. Room was good, though the WiFi was patchy. Would stay again.

Great place to visit whilst in Cartmel. Good food and excellent customer service. Can't fault Sunday lunch. We all had the beef and it was tremendous. Would highly recommend this resturant and bar.
