We are looking for a qualified dental nurse to start asap, wage will depend on experience, we will consider full or part-time applications. The position includes evening work as well. It never rains but it pours unfortunately having filled the dental nurse position here we now have a VACANCY for an apprentice Sterilisation nurse. Duties will include cleaning and sterilising all used dental instruments. Must be able to follow correct sterilisation procedures and log details. My 7 year old little boy just been dentist. I phoned this morning got him in at 3.30 I can explain how amazing dentist guy was my little boy he had have 2 teeth pulled out and he talked explained everything and asked him if want it done or not he said yes the dentist guy was amazing was so gentle, caring & friendly talking about football keep mind off it ! Huge thank you to receptionist lady was lovely for looking after my little girl so she didn't have see her brother in pain ! Huge big thank you to you all xxxx

After needing treatment for gum and tooth infection I met the New dentist MR Patel really gentle,explained exactly what he was doing and completely put me at ease,my previous dentist I'd gone to for over 15 years So to feel comfortable with a new one was great,and he sorted the problem�����

My first time there yesterday, my appointment was 3pm got seen around 350pm ,the reception area was busy wasn't enough seats for everyone, I had 2 teeth removed and a filling I thought it was a bit to much with being my first visit, I also found the dentist to be quite rough with me and was rushing, I was crying in the reception area I was traumatized by the whole thing, don't think you should ever feel like that.I got home around 5 0 clock so a long time.�

Utterly disgusting service this morning! This was the second time I tried to get my 2 year old son seen by a dentist. The first occasion we walked out after waiting a hour. Today I arrived at 8.35 ready for our appt at 8.50. I waited 5 mins in front of the receptionist who didn’t acknowledge me, she obviously thought answering the telephone was more important. A lovely nurse finally booked us in at 8.45. At 9.10 another patient overheard some appts were doubled up. After asking at the desk it turns out the dentist who we were due to see was stuck in traffic. I really don’t think it’s much to notify patients of what is going on. I think it’s appalling that I wasn’t told when we were booked in. They were happy to let myself and my 2 year old wait until he arrived. What sensible people actually think it’s ok to have a 2 year old waiting. So another 45 mins wait and no dentist seen. I’ve asked to speak with the practice manager but she’s conveniently not in today. Terrible Terrible service. You should be ashamed. I would strongly avoid attending this poor practice.
