We've just sold a property in Corwen, and used Cavendish in Ruthin. The team were excellent and we can recommend them highly. It wasn't an easy sale, but we were supported and given good advice throughout the process. We mainly dealt with Gaynor, and she was wonderful, but I can honestly say that everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and helped with anything we needed when Gaynor wasn't available. Got ripped off. Put our two up/two down house up for sale with these idiots and the lady on the desk (mold office) said her daughter wanted the house. As we were buying our new house through Cavendish we thought great, until we put our offer in for the new house and the woman on the desk lowered her offer for our house considerable knowing that if we refused, we could chance losing our new house. Absolutely disgusting! Went to the ombudsmen with no joy. They are all bent! Do not use these con artists!!
Brillaint when we first started!! Last 6 months a joke, reported constant issues and nothing done!boiler on the blink again..... reported 3 weeks ago not heard a thing apparently will get back to us and never do!!
Awful, awful service! Do not use this estate agent! A catalogue of mistakes and bad service! I sold my house recently using them and they were dreadful!
They arranged a viewing of the wrong property telling me it was my house they wanted to view but it was another house in our street! They included me in staff emails by mistake. When I rang to inform them they accused me of having a 'bad attitude'.....unbelievable!!
They rang to tell me I had exchanged contracts three days after the event and I had absolutely no contact from them on completion day!
They upset my purchaser early on in the sales process so they refused to have anything to do with Cavendish either.....made communication very difficult as it had to be via solicitors!
If ever I find myself having to sell again I will be contacting Purple Bricks first!!!!
