Looks like there’s been an accident on A520 between Weston Coyney and Cellarhead - lots of blue lights around the Roughcote Lane turn

PARISH COUNCIL PRECEPT REQUIREMENT FOR 2020/2021 Last night the Parish Council had our annual precept meeting, this is when we set our budget for the next financial year - 2020/21. The precept we set becomes part of Staffordshire Moorlands Council Tax figures. When setting our budget we consider many things including the parish clerk's salary – our only employee – the general maintenance of the parish and future project. Taking everything into account we are very pleased to announce that for the seventh year running we have reduced our budget requirement - quite an achievement in today's economic climate. Based on Band D properties the rate for 2020/21 will be £20.52, a reduction of 4.87% on 2019/20 budget.
