Cayton Village Caravan & Camping Park

Good clean site, good facility's, well maintained well mannered staff, site shop on the small side but had all I needed for my stay security good for a camp site.

Nice place but they have just sold the dog walk for housing and the whole site is currently up forsale let's hope the next owners keep it as it is and don't commercialise it or turn it into houses.

Love this site. Clean and well kept. Family friendly with lovely playground which gets locked at night. Great location with train station, beach and supermarket all a shortdrive away

Very large site with a selection of touring pitch types. We chose the top of the range super pitch at £25 then they added an extra £1 for having a dog! The aerial socket on the pitch was not working and I reported it but nobody got back to us. I would choose another site next time.

This was our 1st time here as we are relatively new to camping. The site was in good keep and staff very helpful and friendly when booking and checking in. The only negative really but nothing that would put me off going again is the lack of room around the park. We were a party of two and in a ideal world would have liked a space next to each other looking at the park so the children had a bit more of a free reign to play without having a adult present all the times. We do look forward to returning though

Well maintained. Plenty of friendly helpful staff on hand. Good pitches. Very good rate for cyclist with touring tent. Sensible campsite rules. Easy access to village. Quiet at night, at least it was the night I stayed. Would stay again.

Awfull experience stayed here in August 2016 worst holiday ever would not recommend.I was promised a pitch near to disabled toilets the pitch was given away on our arrival.we had no choice they stuck us on a pitch half mile away when I asked if they had any other pitches as it was too far for me to walk I was answered by get in your car and drive round disgusting attitude from reception staff think they need retraining!

A nice friendly park let down by the shower facilities. One armed showering is required due to a very low time allowed before having to push the button for more water. The shower heads were abysmal. Nowhere for soap and shampoo. The windowsills were filthy. This was the case in two shower blocks that I tried. I did not complain while I was there as these things should be self evident to anybody who cares.

No free wifi. +10 gbp for wifi upgrade. Depressing place. Corporate mentality. Threaten to detain you if you do not depart on time. Computer controlled gate will not open upon recognition of your car license plate.

I have been here 3 times. The first time was brilliant. Each time after was not as good. Smaller pitch. Over crowding. Split up from the rest of the party.
