Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) involves working with a Therapist and together exploring your problems. This will ordinarily involve you examining Thought and Behaviour patterns that you are experiencing and working together with your therapist, this will enable you to change thoughts and behaviours into more positive and productive patterns.

You may expect to undertake homework in between face to face sessions which will enable you to chart your progress of recovery. Your psychotherapist has 40 years experience of working with a diverse set of clients with differing psychological needs.

Beyond his experience and qualification BSc (Hons) in Psychotherapy you will find a caring person who will go to extensive lengths to work with you in a way which is focused entirely on helping you return to a level of good health.
