CC Construction was formed in 1997 by school friends, Christopher Edwards and Cristiano Silvano. Robert Barclay joined the company in 2009 and was appointed shareholder and Director shortly after. With a combined passion for high-end residential refurbishments and 25 years of expertise in the industry, we have organically grown into one of the country's leading prime-residential construction firms and in 2021 we became a small group of companies forming the CC Construction Group. Collectively across four divisions, we offer a comprehensive service for high-end residential building projects, from listed period properties to ultra-modern new builds, in London and the Southern Counties. CC Construction: This is our main building contracts division - where we began! CC Country: Recently launched, building luxury countryside homes outside of the M25. CC Direct: Offering a more flexible and bespoke service for specialist, complex and short-time builds. CC Maintain: Aftercare of our clients' homes and small works projects.
