C& C Empathy Training Ltd provides inspiring and thought provoking training in empathy and self development to aid communicating with care. Our registered courses, using our unique LEED Communications Programme are designed for health and and social care professionals, complaints manager and PALS representatives, and leadership. We also offer our Beyond Health course for other sectors, such as the Police and Education. Our courses for health care professionals, not only promote revalidation and CPD requirements but also examine the 6C's in the reflective and mindful way they are delivered. The prevention of 'preventing long term psychological harm', as stated in the statutory Duty of Candour, is a theme that runs throughout the training. The founders are Carolyn Cleveland (Cert Psychodynamic Counselling, BSc Hons (Open) and Vanessa Carter (RGN, QTS, BSc Behavioural Sciences). Carolyn also brings to the company, personal experience of a service user, through the NHS complaints system and is an established public speaker and trainer at events. Our Vision is not only to safeguard psychological well being of both service user and staff through communicating with care, but to promote empathy and it's long term benefits.
