Formalising into a group of companies in 2017, CCA is a UK (Manchester) based global commodities trading group with an office in South Africa. The company's group consists of specialist entities that are individually funded, operate as separate legal entities and trade in specified commodities within the African region. In terms of offerings, CCA specialises in the processing and distribution of dry and frozen foods with a focus on Macadamia nuts. Over the years, CCA has progressed from commodity trading to opening its distribution, manufacturing and agricultural plantation businesses in Africa. Our on-going vision is to assess and create opportunities for fully integrated ownership structures within the value chain from trade and logistics, production, farming to trading and brand ownership. We are entrenching the group in agriculture, manufacturing as well as the processing side of business operations. Additionally, we also have a strong focus on social impact through the lives of African entrepreneurs, by developing local business people which in turn uplifts communities. Our current footprint includes South Africa, Ghana, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cameroon, Zambia and Guinea Bissau. To achieve this vision, CCA has a team based in Cape Town, South Africa, to oversee the development of the various projects and relationships, providing expertise in logistics, systems, managerial control and performance.
