ccha is a Registered Provider based in Croydon and has been operating since 1967. We aim to be THE community housing association in our area, meeting locally identified needs by providing a professional, caring and responsive service to our residents. ccha own and manage over 1, 500 homes across the London Boroughs of Croydon, Sutton, Bromley and Merton. These include mainstream housing for families and single people, sheltered accommodation for older people and supported housing for the more vulnerable within our community such as; young people leaving care, teen parents, people with mental health problems, learning and physical disabilities. ccha employs over 40 local staff and its turnover last year was approximately £8 million. Any surplus made is recycled into new homes and services. Currently there are a further 100 new properties in the development pipeline – which is a key priority, and we see as a pre-cursor to quality services and quality of life for our residents.
