The new year saw Cecil’s open it’s inconspicuous doors & whisk its patrons away, down a dusky stairwell, into a world beneath its Victorian tea warehouse façade.
Founded by the team behind Sweet& Chilli (drinks… check) Cecil’s is the latest addition to a thriving scene on Bermondsey St & is set to breathe new life into late night London.
The intimate venue & bar houses a delightful stage & impressive sound system that plays host to some serious talent. From Blues to Honky Tonk, Folk Rock & back again the programming is quirky & cool, the doors stay open til late & the liquor is good.
