Celadon Pharmaceuticals Plc is a UK based pharmaceutical company focused on the research, cultivation, manufacturing, and supply of breakthrough cannabis-based medicines. Founded in 2018 after cannabis was legalised for medicinal purposes, Celadon was one of the first companies to receive Home Office and MHRA licences to cultivate and produce high-THC medicines. In March 2022, Celadon listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange – a huge milestone in the industry and the first since GW Pharma (who were acquired for $7bn by Jazz in 2021). The Company has a clear mission: to improve quality of life for patients most in need through breakthrough cannabis-based medicines.
