We had a windy day down at Sun Valley and it’s still quite blowy now. All the dogs are fine and thankfully we have reported no damage at the kennels. It was business as usual today- So chores still had to be done and it was the turn of Louis & Fahra to be on washing up duty after supper. I must say they both did a mighty job of it. Menu today 🍽 Minced beef, with butter beans, pilchards and chopped tomatoes 👌

Petersfield was the destination for CELIA CROSS GREYHOUND TRUST Team Hampshire on Saturday. Being a warm sunny day we chose to stand in the shade of the regular Saturday market stalls and although it meant we were aware from the main footfall, we still managed to raise £191.27 and have some good discussions. Many thanks to Spookie, Elf, Hamish, Nero, Bella, Codi and Julius (his first collection) for being wonderful ambassadors.

❤️Gotcha❤️ Today was the day for a new beginning for one of our family members. Our gorgeous Patch left us to start his happy ever after with very excited new mum Lizzy. Lizzy has been waiting for the right dog to come along to be her forever family member for so long, it was understandably emotional today as she finally took her boy home. We know that Patch & Lizzy are going to have the most incredible adventures together. Be a happy boy Patch, you really have been one of the easiest boys for us to love during your stay with us. ❤️

House hound Bailey is finally gaining his Saluki feathered tail at the age of nearly 8 years old. - He is so proud of his new plumes he has a curl in his tail. 🤣

Hope you all enjoying this fabulous Easter Sunday and are not all stuffed full of too much Easter chocolate. Our dogs didn’t miss out this Easter they were treated to fabulous Easter wreathes with lots of yummy goodies on them. I can safely say they went down a treat and very much appreciated. ❤️Gotcha❤️ Our second family member to leave the nest today was our beautiful Amy who will now be known as Orla. Our gorgeous girl was so excited to be leaving with her new family and Ben & Ella were thrilled to be finally taking their new fur sister home with them for good. We know that Orla is going to have an amazing life packed with adventures. Be a happy girl Orla, you have made it so easy for us to love you during your stay with us.

❤️Gotcha❤️ Happy Easter gotcha day to our gorgeous Dolly now to be known as Molly who left us today to start her happy ever after with new parents Sue & Trevor. We know that Molly is going to have a fabulous life with her new family. Be a happy girl Molly, you really have been such an easy girl for us to love.

Happy Easter to all of you. We hope that you have a fabulous Bank holiday Weekend. The weather is looking lovely for the next couple of days, and even though we are not in the height of Summer, please remember the dogs will be feeling the heat too. Sun Valley is open as usual during the Easter Break. 🐣

Our lovely Mally had a lovely few hours out with Lynn, Ollie & Roxy again today.
Our gorgeous boy loves riding up front in the car (safety harnesses on of course) where he can check out where he is going. He makes a wonderful co pilot. Mally is so proud and beautiful, he enjoys nothing more than going out and about enjoying different experiences. I am so thrilled he had a fab time on his outing, even having time for a lovely swim. ❤️
