Not everyone needs to drink the same amount of water on a daily basis, this is a guideline to use so you know how much water you should be drinking. Teas and coffees can count but remember they are diuretics which means it goes straight through your system and your body doesn’t absorb 100% of that fluid.
If you exercise or if it’s a hot day mike it has been lately, you should increase your water intake
Our body is made of 72% of water and it’s our fuel for our body to function properly so don’t be shy, drink plenty of it!
