Q: What is the blue glass sized thing in the kit ?
Ans : The blue thing is actually a double sided tape that goes around the edges of the glass. It holds the glass from the edges and the UV glue bonds it from the middle display area . The UV glue remains transparent after drying and bring amazing display results exactly like those of the original screen. A worth mentioning thing is that when you will remove the broken glass , there would already be a double sided tape . You can use that as well without any problem. The one provided is a spare one in case you damage the existing one.

Q: I cannot see the video? Its not appearing on my side ?
Ans: Sometimes videos do not appear if you are using any i-device. Please use your pc and you can watch the video provided in the description.

Q: I have received the ki but there is no manual for tutorial inside what do i do ?
Ans : For complete tutorial please watch the product description . We have added a video in Addition to images to provide best possible information and ease in repairs. It could not have been possible in a printed tutorial . That is why we have used item description to keep things simple.

Q : What if my item arrives broken?
Ans: Very few times we do receive this complaint. This is a result of mishandling of postal company sometimes. In this case kindly send us a picture of the box and the glass itself so that we could file a complaint to the shipping company. Your replacement glass part is issued within 24 hrs of receiving images so no worries at all.

Q: I want to return the Item, Do you accept returns ?
Ans : Sure no problem. You can return the item However please note that as per ebay rules you needed to contact us within 14 days of your purchase date . The item has to be in its original condition and the return postage is paid by the buyer.

Q: Can i buy this kit if the outer glass on my screen is cracked but inner lcd is working?
Ans: Yes! If the main screen is working it means that you can change the outer broken glass that has broken in your case . If lets say the display is gone or the touch function is not responding then the lcd cannot be repaired because both these functions are built in the lcd and outer glass has nothing to do with them

Q: Is the touch function controlled by outer glass ?
Ans : No . Touch function is built in the lcd. That is the reason you can still use the lcd even if the glass breaks . Outer glass has nothing to do with either the touch or display function.
