LIVE DJ’S During December our talented group of House DJ’s will be playing on both Friday’s and Saturday’s from 10pm. We advise arriving early if you want a table in our drinking area before it fills up. We will be unable to reserve tables for drinkers on Saturday nights during December but may be able to reserve spaces on other nights.

Went into cellar Door this evening because it looked so inviting and I wasn't disappointed. We only had a drink but the prosecco was absolutely amazing and staff even better!!! Highly recommed this place to anyone. I will certainly be back

Went for Sunday lunch this is the first time we have been there. The food was superb and the service was quick.The staff were really friendly and took time to speak. We will definitely go back there again.

We've been coming here for a drink most Saturday's recently but had never tried the food until this weekend , It was so good . Possibly my favourite place to eat in Hereford now . Highly recommend :-)

We went here on Saturday. We had a fabulous meal. The food and service was impeccable. As a massive foodie, I've eaten and worked in many wonderful restaurants including Michelin starred, and this was in no doubt on par. For the price you get wonderful dishes cooked to perfection. The staff are very attentive in a relaxed atmosphere. I'll definitely be going back. If you like your food and great service this is a bargin. I just want to say thank you for making our evening wonderful.

We visited the Cellar Door tonight, a quiet Wednesday evening. The food was sublime - definitely worth a special journey. As well as the three courses, there was delicious bread, fresh from the oven, an amuse bouche, plus a dessert starter. Absolutely wonderful. Hereford needed a high-end eatery like this. Will be back!

We have been to Cellar Door six times now, taking different friends each time - that's how much we love their food! It's a new jewel in Hereford's culinary crown.

Very nice vegetarian breakfast. I love the fact that there are vine tomatoes, mushroom and spinach served with it. Excellent, friendly service.

This isn't just a restaurant, it's an eating experience, with beautiful presentation, relaxed, confident waiting staff who make you feel very welcomed, if you need something on the menu tweaked to make it perfect to you, they are only too happy to oblige. We loved all the extras...popcorn, bread, broth & pre-dessert which make you feel extra special. Well done on achieving a different class.

The new downstairs layout works. Much better atmosphere but,more importantly, the food is still cooked and presented to the same high standard I've come to expect from this restaurant.

Me and my girlfriend went for a meal on Friday evening. Starter, main and dessert were exceptional. Great to see a selection of local produce. Very polite and helpful staff, clean restaurant and lovely rooftop terrace. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I wasn’t expecting that....! Delicious food, perfect portion sizes, colours, textures, presentation all wonderful. Staff were delightful. Locally sourced produce. Treat yourselves, you’re worth it!

I have eaten there 3 times this week, brunch, lunch and dinner, exceptional, service excellent and food is star quality (although wasted on my 15 yr old). Sitting upstairs and being able to watch the chefs is an added bonus and all the little extras definitely add to the experience - popcorn, bread and crispy salmon skin, obviously it's not the cheapest place in town but you definitely get what you pay for. Recommended

I adore this place. Me and my partner came for a few drinks and I was speechless, the decor is phenomenal, absolutely stunning. It looks and smells so clean. All in all such a cute, spacious, well lit place. We were greeted with smiles all round and nothing but politeness, it's a shame we had eaten earlier that day as I'd have loved to try your food. But that just means that we will have to come back. Everything about the cellar door is lovely even the seating, all the added little touches. I can't express how much I loved being there. I felt comfortable and I can't say that about many other places in hereford if I'm honest. Such a shame you aren't that busy as people don't know what they are missing. Thank you for your great hospitality and I can assure you we will be returning very soon. Keep up the good work��

Had a great meal here last Saturday, everyone's food was yummy & presented really nicely. The service was attentive, without being over the top, there was a lovely buzz both upstairs & in the Bar.

Had a gorgeous Sunday lunch yesterday - the lamb was very tasty and the veg had so much flavour - mixed greens particularly and cauliflower cheese was yummy too. We were all fighting to have a piece of the white chocolate mousse dessert, and the rhubarb pudding was gorgeous too. Even better - proper plates not a slate or a piece of wood pretending to be a plate in sight!

Great service and excellent food. You will thunk the starters are on the small side, but it is balanced by a well proportioned main course.

Fantastic food, great cocktails and a lovely atmosphere for dining! Will recommend highly, and will certainly come back again.

We were surprised there weren't more customers. Perhaps be more obvious with a brighter frontage to catch the eye.

Definitely the best Sunday roast in Herefordshire! Beef melting in your mouth (and I never eat a rare or medium rare meat!), yorkshire pudding to die for, amazing gravy and sublime veg! The starters and the Eaton Mess pudding definitely worth mentioning too:-) Fantastic food at a good price, served after 3pm on Sunday! Loved it!

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Hereford. The food is superb and so beautifully presented. The portions may look small initially but the meal with all the appetizers was so filling I couldn't finish my dessert. The staff were great and so thoughtful and accommodating as we had a couple of special diets in our party. Highly recommend this place and can't wait to go again!

Amazing food and excellent service!! We went for a meal last night and can’t fault it. The service was excellent right from the moment we walked in, the staff really look after you. We went to celebrate NYE at the Cellar Door with the tasting menu. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic, only thing which let it down was the lack of music which was advertised. Our decision to spend NYE at Cellar Door was based partly on the food, which, we knew would be delicious but also on the promise of dancing downstairs after our meal. Sadly there was no music or dancing as promised. When we asked about the music we were told yes it was advertised but they weren’t having anything more than the normal

Background music. This on any other evening would not have been so bad but on NYE it was very disappointing!

I visited the cellar door in November and was so impressed with everything. The food was amazing and packed full of flavour.

My husband and I went here for our first wedding anniversary meal last night. The staff were friendly and well mannered. However the main event, the food was disappointing. It was well cooked but was very bland and lacking in flavour. The venison starter was unusual and I still can't decide if it was unusual good or bad.. my taste buds were confused. Both our mains cod and beef were very well cooked but lacked in any power and flavour. Very bland, I was expecting much more. The bread rolls that come out before the starter were slightly warmed, but no real fresh crunch to them, they were quite chewy.

The pre desert was delicious! Absolutely perfect and full of flavour. However the chocolate delice again was confused. Not a very appetizing dish. I was looking forward to a flavour packed fantastic meal out and was just very disappointed. Such a shame. I expected much more.
