Dear customers, We would like to apologise for inconvenience of us being closed since beginning of September/end August . But hopefully everyone would understand , we have valid and important reasons for such action. We would like throw away all ‘rumours’ people been saying re. Fraud, made enough money and closed down, run away from premises for unpaid bills trouble with HMRC or any other authorities. Reason is simple, building at 67 Picadilly is no longer recognised safe... by Manchester City Council and our landlords insurance policy (some of you may remember arrival in MEN newspaper not so long ago regarding 67 Picadilly) and to top it all off roof broken down and a lot of floors broken and major leaks from roof damaged a lot of our shop fittings and repairing equipment which is now all written off and replaced with newer better and faster equipment. So for safety of our clients and our staff landlord asked us to vacate building , as they will start reconstructions work from winter 2018, and they need to use time now for surveying this building. Since that time we all been extremely busy looking for new premises getting things together as it wasn’t planned action. And we’ve been successful , from beginning of November we will have shop openness in Salford shopping centre, at the end of November another completely new and spot will be on Oldham Street in Manchester City centre and from end of December one more tiny shop will be opened at Picadilly street not so far from 67 Picadilly , closer to the station( this one is still in negotiations, once confirmed, we will announce ) All repairs we tried to hand out to clients if anyone still not received theirs please visit our store in Salford or later on Oldham Street . For all GROUPON customers, we still around we will have all vouchers redeemed and fixed ASAP. Satoshipoint/Bitcoin guys we will have machine at two locations. Once again very sorry for all late responses and it may seem like we ignoring people. We’re not, been extremely busy with shop fittings and new contracts etc. We are soon back on track, our competitors enjoying this month. If you wait and see you will not regret all stock is updated for new opening , all prises will be re-checked to keep up with this months trend, new shop fittings, new logos, new everything, introducing discount cards for loyal customers, too many offers we got for you coming. Store is closed for refurbishment from 4th of September, due to heavy rains we have to fix up ceiling in the premises. Hopefully in 7 working days we'll be back on schedule. Took my phone for a software issue told it would be next morning went back and nah not done told the next day it wasn't done but then the shop took it to the next step and payed for Samsung to sort the issue and they done it and it's working perfectly now and still charged me the price he quoted, we even give him more
