The pitch fee was cheap enough (£13 per night), and the site was in a good location, without being filled with noisy families.
The issue is with the toilet/shower block. It was far from clean. The only thing the dry your hands with after using the loo, was an already very damp towel. The shower cost 50p (50p coin only), for 6 minutes! It wasn't even a particularly good shower, having to spend 2 of my 6 allotted minutes fiddling with temperature. I'd come back if the shower block was in a better condition. Otherwise, you've got plenty of other choices locally.

Good clean site. Shower block needs an update let's hope to 50p charge for a shower will be paying for it as it's desperate for a revam.
Only a 10 min walk to the beach anyone with walking difficulty will find it a little hard work

I would have loved to have given this a 5 out of 5 as it's a beautiful site with well kept grounds, lots of space between caravans etc. But sadly the wash room facilities are in desperate need of modernisation.
I.e. they are small, only 3 toilets that had no loo roll most of the time we was there, just 2 very small showers that was not only full of mould but cost you 50p for a very quick wash, of which the first minute is spent under cold water and is only a dribble through out.
That said it's a friendly site and you can take dogs with you, it has a nice little dog walking area, little fairy tea garden and a children's play area.
The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away as is the town.
All in all a lovely site if the wash rooms was sorted out it would be a gem.

Had a great weekend, staff helpful and friendly, toilets and showers clean. Beach was only 10 mins walk away and there is a small cafe and lovely Fairy garden. Would go again.

It's a lovely site but the toilet block could do with a revamp. It's OK and clean but a little but cramped and crowded when the site is busy.
