Central Baptist Church, Leicester

Central Baptist Church meet in Leicester City Centre. Our four key values are worship, fellowship, discipleship, and mission. We serve one another, the city and beyond in many different ways.

Central Baptist is the result of a fusion of several city Baptist Churches including Harvey Lane (1760), Belvoir Street (1845) Charles Street (1831), United Baptist (1940), and Victoria Road (1866). The fine Georgian building on Charles Street, in which the church meets, provides a modern suite of rooms and facilities.

We are a family church, on the move, and with a history and heart for mission. There are plenty of opportunities for you to get involved, and to grow in Christian discipleship as we seek to build a strong future for both Central and Leicester.
