Free impartial, confidential SEND information advice & support service for parents /carers, children & young people in education.

We are a team of two Partnership Officers and an Administrator. We also have five trained volunteers. .

No access referal or criteria required.

We provide FREE impartial & confidential information, advice & support around many areas in relation to SEND, including Statements, Support Plans and Education Health & Care Needs Assessments (EHCNA).

We listen & work with you & the education setting to build positive relationships by providing a telephone helpline, information leaflets, termly newsletters, local drop in sessions, face to face support, support at meetings & signposting to other support groups & services. You can also request an Independent Supporter where appropriate.
