Dismal service, can't be bothered to pick up the phone

Difficult staff and poor service. Everything takes too long.

2nd day trying to call and I get disconnected after waiting for about 11 minutes. They might as well tell you not to bother.

Appalling telephone service.... the lady could hardly speak English and redirected me to the completely wrong website. I had to find what i needed myself. Dreadful.... If this is the type of people who man these phones and services for the general public, I dread to think how sensitive court cases are handled... ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE.

Extremely busy court, cases are rushed through and in many occasions important details which could change the outcome of a case are missed, difficult if you have no other option but to go through this court to resolve a problem. Bear in mind that the telephone lines are useless. If you need something that you can not access though the Government web portal, best to go in person, or email the department you need to contact, you will get a response but bear in mind these people receive probably hundreds if not thousands of emails a day.

Tried fighting a battle to get back custody of my children from a violent ex, filed in all my paper work just for them to loose All my paper work and not inform me about it after 4 months of waiting for a hearing date; heart broken wasn't evan the word.

try to call for 40 mns no one answer waht a joke

Tried ringing the number provided for 2 weeks now..No one anwering...I have bloody decided to just go there today ..Will be quiker..Wasted my time already as i need my marridge certicate by friday this week.Thank god i just live 30min away by train

This is a Totally Untrustworthy Court of protection only interested in destroying old folks lives & their Dignity and robbing off all their monies/properties & destroying family lives. Social workers in UK are the most STUPIDEST, DUMBEST, SCUMBAGS who DESTROY lives and separate families
and Rob them of their DIGNITY. This Court is PURE EVIL.
This COURT is Totally UNTRUSTWORTHY & Totally CORRUPT.
THIS CORRUPT COURT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

The central family Court court is best for child contact/family Law Private/Public cases watched over by Judges with decades of experiance.a very Vast and busy court, which is why nobody picks up the phone to answer enquiries.

Awful service. Rang the number provided. Waited on hold for 20 minutes only for someone to hang up. Rang again and they hanged up again after I waited for 10 minutes. Embarrassing service for a government office.
