I had a really bad experience today when they didn't allow me to enrol to english courses because of I was not living in Europe in last tree years. and this is a condition I understand I don't have at the moment but the point is they didn't inform me when I came for the first time. I went to the collegue three times (including a tree hours test!) (and I live not really close! spending a lot of time and money)
After that, I wanted to speak with the duty manager to inform them and giving them a feedback about what they are doing it's wrong. I mean, logically the first thing they should do is to let all the new starters know about ALL the conditions to can apply but Duty Manager was really busy so the receptionist call a woman who could not answer nothing because she belongs to other department but at least she listen to me. But the worst thing came after when a tall blond man approaches us without intentions to understand the situation and in very rude way he shout me: BYE!!

I AM REALLY SORRY IF THIS IS THE TREATMENT FOR STUDENTS AND NEW GENERATIONS... IS THIS A COLLEAGUE!!!

Absolute crap college. Only good thing about it were the frequent days off and holidays. The support staff are great but I suppose you'll have to be if you work here. Met one of the worst, rudest, most arrogant teachers of my life here who made my first year absolute hell. I don't recommend you go here, especially not to study politics....
