The Centre For Counselling is dedicated to providing you with a safe and comfortable space in which you can explore your present and your past, to allow you to make informed decisions about your future. There are many circumstances when counselling and psychotherapy can help you. You may be in a time of crisis or an event in your past may be affecting the way you are living your life. You may be grieving or struggling to manage your thoughts, feelings or actions. Whatever your reason for seeking a counsellor, we understand how daunting the process can be and seek to take the fear out of it for you. The focus at the Centre for Counselling is on developing a safe and supportive counselling relationship. Affecting change can seem frightening but having the support of a warm and trusting counselling relationship to return to makes this possible.
