Went to their flat work camp last year and all I can say is if you are thinking about going then do it. We had an amazing weekend and Sarah, Barry and Sue are the nicest people you could ever meet, brilliant lessons and amazing food. Will definitely go back xxxx

User

Went for the confidence building xc yesterday as a late edition. Lost my nerve so traded with my spare rider who took my gorgeous mare over almost everything before I put on some big girl pants and had a go myself (for the first time ever!) the teaching was excellent, positive and enthusiastic and the small part of the xc section we used (it got dark very quickly!) was fabulous. Everyone was super friendly as well. Would definitely recommend and now I know my pony likes it there I'm hoping for camp next year! Thanks guys - I'm still beaming!!

User

This was my first ever camp and although there were only two of us - who had never met - we were treated incredibly well with a full weekend of fab lessons with the ever patient Sarah who showed my that Tommy the Cob can look quite smart. My confidence was boosted and we were treated to amazing food and great hosts. Barry and Sarah had so many anecdotes that I learnt and laughed about.

Centyfield is run really well with smashing liveries and team members who were ever smiling.

Sue made sure we were ok, organised everything beautifully and we will be back as you said you are now part of Team Tommy!

Barry please do the showing camp as we will be there and thanks so much for helping me when my car broke down on leaving, your advice was much appreciated.

I wd thoroughly recommend a visit to Centyfield as once you start you will be hooked! Xxx

User

Thank you for your patience and kindness in my journey with Robin - he made a girlfriend and boyfriend whilst there ..... the food was fantastic, the lovely girls met, jo, Lou, Debbie, Jill and my old mucks janet who cleaned the living quarters beautifully I learnt so much from my lessons and have something to focus on - well done centyfield

Such a great place..very relaxed atmosphere...hardly any bossy rules! Beautiful setting with large indoor school and well maintained XC course with a great variety of jumps...outdoor dressage arena...everything has been thought of...airy stables with unlimited haylage plenty of bedding etc...,.accommodation in caravans, very comfortable and not at all like camping, comfortable mattresses , proper bathroom/shower, plenty of hot water and kitchen with cooker/fridge.

Evening meal in farmhouse with the family...made to feel so at home, delicious food, we brought our own wine/drinks..but also very generous hosts!! Stayed chatting and laughing well into the night!!

Lessons tailored to our requests..and great fun!..we were a mixed ability group but all learned something!!...mainly that Barry is always right!!!...a great team where everyone is able to use their own talents...it works! Very happy place..highly recommend it, great value for money! Thank you!

User

My first riding camp with a rather inexperienced horse, I never did the whole pony club thing so this was really out of my comfort zone but I had a truly wonderful weekend and cant wait to return. Barry had my horse and I sussed out within minutes of jumping on board and my mare seemed to enjoy the lessons as much as I did - particularly the jumping!. The teaching was first class and the whole weekend very entertaining. Mobile home accommodation was lovely and the food superb. The safe gallop track was an additional bonus and great fun! Very affordable weekend. Highly recommend. See you again, will be returning!!!!!

User

Just spent the weekend on a fun camp at Centyfield and had the most amazing time. You might think that 4 hrs of tuition isn’t much but by god, with Barry and Sarah as your instructors you really won’t want anymore! Sue makes the whole process of booking and sorting so easy. Food, company, experience and everything about this weekend camp has been amazing. Myself and and my group will defiantly be going back this year. I do however have one regret 😞

After our hack out and gallop back up the track we had to pack up, muck out and leave things as we found them. By the time we’d done all that and loaded up our ponies we had no time to walk down the yard and thank everyone for such a great weekend.

So, ‘Thank you’ Sue, Sarah and Barry, it may fill you with dread but “we’ll be back!” ❤️❤️❤️

User

Just home from a flatwork camp. Fabulous instruction from Barry, good food and great facilities in a beautiful setting. Enjoyed flatwork, pole work and test riding as well as a rather rapid ascent up the gallops Definitely recommend it. Thank you Sue, Barry and Sarah for having us!!

User

Just got back from a flatwork camp - great weekend! Lovely cooked food by Sue (under instruction from Sarah ) I think it’s the only place you come from totally exhausted, new friends, stuff to work on, tired legs but an absolute full stomach! Roll on the next one.

User

I just want to say a huuuuge thank you to everyone at Centyfield for making my first camp so great! Me and Verity had a brilliant time and have just about recovered haha! Everything about the camp was excellent and highly recommended :) made some great memories and learnt so much! looking forward to coming back again soon! Thanks again, it's was brilliant!!

User

I have just spent the weekend at Centyfield with friends and had a fabulous time. The food and accommodation were second to none and Sarah’s daily selection of cakes were to die for!

The tuition was great, I’m a nervous novice and by Sunday I was confidently jumping XC jumps and flying up the gallops. A big thank you to Sarah and Barry for their patience and encouragement, I managed to achieve things I’d never thought I would.

Fellow campers were great fun and the atmosphere very supportive, so much so that we are already planning a return visit.

A very well organised set up (which I think is Sue’s domain) and fabulous facilities. Thanks to you all at Centyfield, we will be back soon !

User

Had a really good day today at combined training.

Got my new mare going the best she ever has with me riding her.

Really learnt alot today and the afternoon jumping with Barry was just brilliant.

User

Great venue, the loveliest stewards who made my day. Smashing food too!

Thank you, looking forward to coming back

Fabulous weekend full of fun. Sue, Barry and Sarah made us all feel like part of the family. I was gently pushed out of my comfort zone and now really appreciate it, I feel I have done things I would not have achieved by myself.

A BIG THANK YOU to all at Centyfield; we will be back!

User

Can't thank Centyfield enough for taking such good care of Frankie. He was due to go on schooling livery while I was on holiday and typically cut his back leg the day before he was due to be dropped off. The whole team nursed him back to health and I came home to a sound and happy horse. I wouldn't hesitate in sending Frankie back and would happily recommend Centyfield to anyone wanting excellent care and knowledge. Thank you very much!!!

User

Can highly recommend the guys at Centyfields, they have helped me move up a level in my dressage and have given me lots of encouragement and the confidence to push myself harder to achieve better results.

Since having lesson with Sarah, I have won 2 winter prelim unaffiliated dressage championships. I am now ready to start BD and really excited for this years show season with my beautiful cob Duke. Thank you guys.

User

Camp was incredibly well organised; we were made to feel more than welcome: like part of the family. Sarah - The food was fantastic as was the teaching. I have never laughed so much as I did in Barry's lesson, but he got his point across with such humour!! All in all, the weekend exceeded all my expectations and just made me want to come back again asap. Thank you all xx

User

Brilliant facilities , lovely people , happy and relaxed horses.

We came here for our riding club camp and our horses settled in straight away.

We had some great fun lessons and the home cooked food was just amazing !!

Anyone on the fence about booking a session or camp, all I can say is do it! I've learnt more and got more out of my horse in 2 days than in the 8 months I've had him. Fantastic teachers and some real laughs, Sarah and Barry helped me find the confidence to trust my horse and ask him for more ... and it worked! And when it didn't always go to plan they were supportive and sensitive, making sure a positive was achieved. Sue is a fab host and offered me words of encouragement and support all weekend - she also makes a handy photographer! As a team they create a fun and valuable experience... and the food is delicious! Loved it!
