SKILL SET:... ‚ÄĘ Good communication skills both verbally and written/e-mail to liaise directly with end users, customers help desk and internally. ‚ÄĘ Paperwork & Documentation, for sign off‚Äôs, stock audit, stock returns process ‚ÄĘ Ability to follow documentation for installation/re-image and specific customer processes ‚ÄĘ Good but very basic DOS commands for diagnostic purposes ‚ÄĘ Network infrastructure knowledge again for diagnostic purposes ‚ÄĘ Printer (Mainly Laser) knowledge for repair/strip down and diagnostic fault finding. ‚ÄĘ Mechanical knowledge for working on printers, intelligent locker boxes, cash draws ‚ÄĘ Electronics, again for fault finding ‚ÄĘ Laptop/PC repair, i.e. Replacement of mother board, RAM, Processor, HDD ‚ÄĘ PC knowledge around Windows for configuration of drivers and their associated fault finding. ‚ÄĘ Desktop/Laptop support (Installing software, BIOS upgrades etc) ‚ÄĘ Windows migration using SCCM/USMT ‚ÄĘ Occasional onsite desk side support.
