WE SPECIALISE IN HUMAN PERFORMANCE!

Our aim is to provide you with the tools required to help you on your health & fitness journey, whether you are a novice, a professional and everyone in between.

Our message is pretty much an evolutionary one, we bring people back to basics, no fads, no ego's.

We are movers, and encourage clients to perform functional patterns that our bodies are designed for. We are not a gym, we do not have a range of poorly designed machines that reinforce bad habits. We do have a selection of well designed apparatus, and carefully selected and researched interventions.

Services include personal training, executive wellness programs, lifestyle coaching, stress management, nutritional advice and presentations, corporate wellbeing, worksite wellness projects.
