'Learn to dance in one night'. Yes, one night is all it takes to learn a few basic moves to get you dancing.

It's much more than just learning to dance at a Ceroc night, it's fun, fitness and making some great new friends. Every Wednesday night you'll find a class of amazing lovely people of all ages and abilities at Friesland School Sandiacre and there are new beginners every week so you will definitely fit in. The first part of the night is the beginner class and you'll learn a great dance routine that will have you laughing and asking for more! Lots of experienced dancers join the beginner class, so there are plenty of people to practise with. Plus, if you need help we have 'Taxi' dancers ready to lend a helpful hand.

A Ceroc night runs like this:
7: 30pm Doors open
7: 45pm Beginner class
8: 30pm Social Dancing / Freestyle
9: 00pm Intermediate class and beginner practice session in another room
9: 30pm Social Dancing / Freestyle
10: 45pm close

Prices: £8. 00 plus £2. 00 lifetime membership fee on first visit.
