THEM WOULD I BE ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND HAVE MY DEPOSIT BACK AND EVEN THOUGH I DONT HAVE THE BIKE YET THEY ARE KEEPING THE DEPOSIT WHAT A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS.... Avoid at all cost!

Very disappointed ....how can you not realize that a bike that had been ordered for my sons birthday had not arrived .....bad business and a very dissapointed boy .....

Just called and heard him talking to the boss in the background, saying that he 'couldn't understand what the f**k I was going on about' - he said this twice. Suppose whoever I spoke to on the phone thought I couldn't hear what he was saying about me away from the receiver. Two stars given because the service is good there, but please in future, don't swear about customers - it's not good for business.
