Ceviche / Asado / Pisco Description

Join us and fellow food lovers for an informal, one night-only Peruvian feast at F. Cooke’s Pie & Mash shop on Hoxton Street – where we will be showcasing the tantalising creations of up-and-coming Peruvian chef, Ernesto Leon.

Expect five tasting courses of Peruvian classics including Seabass Ceviche, Seco De Cordero (lamb and cilantro goulash), as well as our signature Anticuchos Con Salsa Aji Amarillo (that’s skewers of grilled ox heart with a mild yellow chilli salsa for the uninitiated).

To tantalise your tastebuds and compliment these dishes we will be serving up cocktails made with Peru's national spirit, Pisco - specially designed by the award winning mixologist - David Hamilton Boyd www.organicspirit. co. uk

David currently splits his time running his organic cocktail events company Organic Spirit - the UK’s first and only organic cocktail events company as well as tutoring aspiring mixologists, running his pop up dining experience (Plate & Shaker), and competing in world and national cocktail competitions.
