not a very professinal looking environment ,I know it's supposed to casual clothing but honestly the staff wear is just not what you expect for customer facing retail

Great place to sell if you need quick cash however make sure you have plenty of time on your hands as there is very long queuing times ,then a long wait while they test what your selling. You can sometimes pick up a good bargain especially on dvds and games etc

Pretty good staff here, prices are based on the CeX chain, so can't comment on that, but the shop's been around for a while and has never really disappointed.

By and large excellent service, one or two members of staff can make it arduous or make you feel like a chore instead of a valued customer. Range of goods is often excellent. No clear management or complaints process.

Very poor gone down hill. There isn’t a lift to go downstairs to veiw dvds so people with pushchairs and wheelchairs are penalised!
Took some items in and had 2 wait 2 hrs to be tested only to be told they couldn’t take any of them, they also lost a cable to one of my items which I received one of theres, then went anesy and noticed I haven’t received my charger back for another item went back to the shop and they said they gave me it back which they did not and were told there busy testing items to
Look properly i wasn’t happy i had already been in yown 4 hrs with an unsettling baby and wanted to go home, they should have replaced it but didn’t and didn’t seem to care that they had lost it!
I told them I couldn’t sell it without the charger! I wto cash converters who gave me one of there spare chargers and sold my items to them at a higher price to which cex were offering me so in future ill be going there instead

90% of the staff are well informed and professional, generally very helpful. There are 2 floors (ground and basement). Unfortunately there is no lift for disabled or buggies. Not good for very young children however my 8 and 11 year olds can spend hours there.

Good shop this..have only bought & sold 2- 3 items but they are fair and dont rip you off.

A very reasonable place to go for second hand games, blu-rays, DVDs and hardware. Always worth a quick browse.

Good range of products, wider selection available from their online-store with the ability to stock-check prior to going. Helpful staff and clean shop.

I visited CEX in Lincoln and was surprised with the selection of cd's, DVD's, Blu-ray, computer games, games consoles and electronics with cheap competitive prices.
When I visited I was assisted with a search and with a nice selection available, with a stock search online also.

Sometimes the prices too high as It should be. But It is just one little thing next to a lot of good ones. Good chose if You look for popular games or if you are a new gamer.
