Lovely staff who went out of their way to give me loads of help and information with my purchase, with other members of staff chipping in. Such a friendly atmosphere, the best place in Cornwall to find cheap DVDs, consoles and games! Very happy we finally have a Cex!

I traded my PS4 in for an XBOX one and I had to pay barley any money on top of my ps4 and There was a real friendly atmosphere

Happy, vibrant environment with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have genuine interest in every customer that visits the store....which is very unusual for retail! Highly recommend :)

Bought an Elitepad from CEX Truro and all of the ladies and gents working there could not of been better, they are friendly, helpful and patient with older customer's ha ha....well done all will use again and a excellent example of customer service.

Been using the Plymouth store for years and recently found out about this one in Truro. Obviously a smaller selection given shop size but you'd still take hours to look through everything if you tried. Been buying the Assassin's Creed series recently from them ranging from £2-£10 a game so far increasing as they get newer. All in great condition and pretty much everything comes with a warranty!



Staff have always been helpful and even helped resolve my laptop issues with gear I bought from the Plymouth store.



Will always go back. Also give good value for buying your games etc. too. Better to use the money for trade as you get more!



One question though, can I replace a lost CEX card? I've been using it via personal details at the counter recently and just can't find it anywhere haha, oops!

Amazing team great products so helpful nothing is too much trouble would totally recommend this store to anyone.

Probably the best place to go if you want cheap pc parts and games. Sadly it's very rare to see a playstation 1 or original xbox game.

Penzance store owner becky accused me of swearing at her when i never and the company is not replying to my emails and when i get throught to the plymouth store they keep putting the phone down and leaving it there



so just think if your thinking of buying something from this company youve got no guarantee because if soemthing breaks yyou think youve got a guarantee they will either test the item and tell you there is nothign wrong with it or ban you

Not feeling the love for these guys at the mo. Having to lie down with a cold flannel and trying to calm down.

Took my old I-phone SE to exchange, only to be told they won’t take it, because one of the speakers isn’t working!!!! Quick trip to the Apple shop and a double check on the Apple web-site, to find out, it only has ONE speaker anyway and the other grill IS the microphone!!!!! This phone is MINT and I’ve carried it and used it carefully for all this time, only to have these EXPERTS tell me it’s unsellable..... Oh they where very polite and pleasant, but that doesn’t stop THEM being WRONG and making me feel frustrated.....

I traded my ps4 with the witcher 3 and battlefield, in today for an Xbox1 .. I've just set it all up and the control pad is knackered, the left trigger is stuck on and the control right stick "clicks" when moving it around...I thought everything is fully checked that it's all working?? I now have to drive all the way back to Truro from Penzance to resolve this. Not happy.

Hi, Trying to contact you and this is the only way I can find to send you a message or call you as your phone numbers are not working. My son bought a copy of WiiPlay from your Truro store this morning and he has just opening up the case now he is home and there is no disk inside. Can we please come pick the disk up soon? Thanks.

Every controller bought from here has been faulty, or even missing parts. Some games do not work and make the PS3 freeze, and it won't even let us turn the console off. Wouldn't trust anything from here! Other people have had the same problems.

Can someone call me as promised yesterday to update me on my two replacement mavic drone batteries you have my number
