Went to trade in at 12 ocklock and they didn't have cash for trade ins , wastsed journey

It's ok there isn't really a lot of xbox one games

Took a playsation 2 viritual game all boxed to trade in...wasn't on the system so could only offer me 10p.....are they having a laugh!!

Really bad customer service from staff. Phones and tablets are quite over priced. But most annoying is that they all ways close up early if your not there by 5:10 pm they will most likely be closed even though it says they close at 5:30pm

I always go there to buy and sell games, now there's new staff, they're like "ID please, ID ID ID!" What person under 15 has a beard?!!!??

Great for selling stuff..pay good prices usually if items in.good condition etc...but buying from there, you pay near retail for 2nd hand goods.. Not so much games etc..but electrical and computer peripherals etc you'll.find are on the higher price side

Very good game shop lovely staff never had any problems with them
