Working with schools to help students reach their potential by acquiring simple coping strategies to reduce anxiety and ultimately perform at their very best.

Clinical Hypnotherapy : £60 per session (60 mins)

Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and therapeutic intervention to treat clients with a range of psychological and physical conditions, helping overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, weight loss or weight gain, post-traumatic stress disorder, drug, alcohol and smoking addiction and chronic pain.

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) : £50 per session (60 mins)

NLP therapy can treat problems such as phobias, depression, habit disorder, psychosomatic illnesses, allergies, low self-confidence and low self esteem.

Reiki : £40 per session (45-60 mins)

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, tranquillity and wellbeing.
Reiki also aids in the symptomatic relief for those who suffer from chronic and debilitating diseases including arthritis, cancer, depression, heart attack, MS and strokes.

Life Coaching : £40 per session (60 mins)
