Chadwell Heath Community Centre Description

In October 2014, Chadwell Heath Community Centre, which is a registered charity, opened on the site of the former Robert Jeyes Library.

Along with many of the current activities already on offer, we provide a volunteer-run community library (now called the Robert Jeyes Community Library) 5 days a week. These volunteers are local people giving up their time to keep your centre and library open.

Green Shoes Arts, a local dance and drama company also use the building with us. The Children’s Centre and Ageing Well are also residents in your Community Centre so there are regular activities for both the very young and for the more mature members of our community.

As a registered charity, we must always look to fundraising for the centre to remain viable, so we are appealing to the community to help us do just that! Are you prepare to give up some of your time to help raise funds?

Our group is doing this for the benefit of all of us living in the local area, and we want as many of you to benefit as possible, but we cannot do it without you, the residents of Chadwell Heath. So use your Centre and maybe volunteer some of your time too please?
