Chailey Heritage Futures, our transition provision for 19-25 year olds, is where young disabled adults are helped to develop life skills in preparation for adulthood, both in our purpose-built accommodation and via sessions at Futures Life Skills Centre, a state-of-the-art leisure and life-skills facility which is also open to people with disabilities in the wider community.
