Really enjoyed ten days here. Warden is very helpful. Berwick is a nice place to visit but can be busy at times. Caravan park is nicely cared for. Nice pub within easy walking distance.

I want to make people aware that although this site is within a beautiful location and the site itself is mostly a lovely place to stay, there is a noise element to take into consideration.
The honey farm which borders the site has a children's play area which is the other side of the hedge near the toilet block. If your pitch is near this you will get noise.
There is also traffic coming and going most of the day. We were there during school holidays and did not find our stay tranquil.
I am aware that other reviews have classed this site highly and have many good things to say, but I feel people should know about noise levels and then they will not be disappointed as we were.
I also felt that cleanliness was not of best. A quick flip around with mop and hoover but no attention to detail. I have passed photos on to tranquil parks.

Lovely quiet site and the warden Kirsty was really welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The showers and toilets are clean and well maintained, the kitchen area is indoors, clean and spacious. Fab small site and would stay again. Response to a less review, yes the honey farm next door has a childs play area but it closes at 5pm and after that there isn't a sound to be heard apart from nature.

An absolutely lovely, well maintained site with a really relaxing atmosphere & great facilities. Myself, Nick & our dogs (Brodie & Lilly) really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. A big thank you to Warden, Kirsty, for her help & advice, & for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back 😊

lovely caravan park with excellent facilities. Kirsty and Paul, the wardens very friendly and even makes cakes and pies for a small donation in the honesty box. Lovely walks and you can walk across the chain bridge into Scotland. Pitches are spot on and showers, you wont be disapointed

User

Lovely, tranquil site which is perfect for visiting so many of the attractions in the surrounding area. We will definitely be visiting again soon as it is so peaceful!

This Park should no longer be a member of Tranquilparks! The Honey Farm next door has a play area for children and the wardens themselves have children who enjoy playing in the grounds, thereby offering a concoction of audible screams! The warden was extremely pleasant but failed to understand the inadequacies of wifi and reasonably heated toilet / leisure facilities. In summary, the membership should be updated since the changes have been made which no longer offers the " adult only " tranquillity.
