Great guys in this friendly bike shop. Laughs all the way and when it comes down to setting up your bike they really know what they're doing. I turned up thinking I needed a new saddle as my current one was slowly killing me. Instead the guys made 5 or so different adjustments to handlebars and saddle and I can say after 50 miles this weekend it's a totally different bike...For the better. Thanks very much Chaineys!

I'm a bike tourer with a problem. I didn't expect them to ignore their regulars and kowtow to me but they were very pleasant about it and finished my repair quicker than promised. Can't ask more than that! Then they fixed a little niggling problem I didn't expect them, too. Could have bent me over on the price and they didn't. Good guys. Kind of hope I break down near them next time I'm in the area.

Ran in with a puncture, needed a a new inner tube. Literally in and out in 10 minutes and very good value for money. Friendly knowledgeable staff. I would strongly recommend.
