Chamber Low Carbon is a £6m part-funded European Regional development fund programme is committed to the provision of a FREE suite of services aimed to help businesses improve energy and environmental efficiencies, introduce on site renewable energy generation and save money. This EDRF part -funded programme is committed to the provision of a FREE suite of services aimed to help businesses improve efficiencies and save money. Every business which signs up to the project is entitled to support on environmental and energy saving projects, which will be delivered via a suite of masterclasses and 1-2-1 support. The programme is also available to support any Lancashire businesses working to develop new carbon reducing technology; helping you access to the grants and guidance needed. Businesses who sign up to the programme will benefit from: - Cost savings on business utilities - Legal protection on environmental performance - Access to grants and finance for renewable generation projects - Improved energy efficiency /reduce greenhouse gases- New contract winsChamber Low Carbon is a collaboration of partners including the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, the North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, energy procurement and management specialists Businesswise Solutions and Lancashire County Council's BOOST programme, coming together to support Lancashire SME businesses in reducing their carbon footprint.
