**MEET THE TEAM MONDAY** Receptionist - Tina French I have worked at Chamberlain Court for nearly 2 years. Working in the care sector was a completely new venture for me, I felt that I had reached a point in my life where I wanted a more rewarding job. Working at Chamberlain Court certainly has given me the rewards that I was seeking. The job is extremely busy and sometimes challenging, no day being the same. Having spent time comforting and supporting families; I have recently set up the relatives and friends support group, which is proving to be very successful. Every day I have the pleasure of working with some of the most amazing team and have met some wonderful families and relatives.

**MEET THE TEAM MONDAY** Sally Button Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant Sally joined the team in July 2018, always with a smile on her face & her trademark red lipstick💄she can be found around the building keeping it beautifully clean or beavering away in the laundry. Sally has to be on her best behaviour at all times as her lovely Auntie is a resident with us! Keep up the good work Sally!

**MEET THE TEAM MONDAY** Sharna Neal - Dementia Care Coordinator I started work at Chamberlain Court in May 2018. I had no care background however, I had studied access to Health Professions at college and Biomedical Science at university. Having relocated in February 2018 I found myself at Chamberlain Court, who took me under their wing and helped me develop, this I will forever be thankful to Hallmark for. I started as a carer and in the short time I’ve been there I have pr...ogressed to Dementia Care Coordinator. I have completed my NVQ Level 3 Dementia Pathway and undergone FITS Training. I love coming to work everyday not knowing what is in store. Every day is different on the Kensington community, my favourite part about the job is how we are a family - the team and residents. I feel fulfilled in my role, knowing that I am giving back to a generation that has done so much for me and making a difference in their lives. I am proud to work on the Kensington community and for Hallmark Care Homes.

Caroline had the task of ensuring that the home was ready to receive its first residents. More often than not she can be found in the laundry 🧺. Caroline you and your team do an amazing job of keeping Chamberlain Court beautifully clean!

**MEET THE TEAM MONDAY** Jane Morrison and Clare Frost - Business Administrators “We job share the role of Business Administrator at Chamberlain Court. We have worked in this beautiful home for just over a year, and we have both worked in the care environment for many years. No two days are the same and we love working with the amazing team at Chamberlain Court. Supporting everyone in delivering the highest level of care to the lovely residents, whom make us smile every day.”

**MEET THE TEAM MONDAY** Emma Jennings - Community Relationship Manager Emma joined the Chamberlain Court team in October 2019 bringing a wealth of knowledge from the care sector. Here’s what she had to say. My role is to meet with people who are considering care for either themselves or their loved ones. Taking them through the steps of what can be a stressful and emotional time, I pride myself on giving that empathy & support that is very much needed. I love nothing more... that watching residents make new friends and flourishing when starting the next chapter of their lives. I love every minute of my job, each day is different!
