We have been established in the meat trade since 1898. Our retail shop in Front Street, Arnold first opened its doors in 1945 by Alfred Chambers. There are many years of experience amongst the staff and are always happy to help.

It takes a considerable length of time in the cooked meats business to establish a reputation for manufacturing a consistently high-quality product, but with nearly 100 years experience in the trade, butcher Chambers Pork Products enjoy the enviable reutation of being one of the leading suppliers to retail and catering establishments in the East Midlands.

With this wealth of experience behind them, the family-owned and run business has gradually expanded from its humble beginnings in a small butcher's shop in Netherfield to owing a purpose-built cooked meats production plant in Bulwell, capable of handling orders throughout the area. The firm is now run on a day to day basis - Phillip Chambers.

Chambers Pork Products has developed several prize-winning recipes over the years and have won a number of gold medals and trophies both at home and internationl level.

However, along with traditional lines, the firm is constantly trying out new ideas and has developed, along with their award-winning speciality pies and quiches, a new range of high-class speciality sausages.

With the latest manufacturing techniques, sausage has become one of the main growth areas of the business. Chambers now supply an even greater number of the catering establishments in the area.

Throughout the production operation, the emphasis is on quality and hygiene. From delivery of the raw material - much of it locally reared, particularly pork - to the despatch of the finished product, the strictest quality and hygiene standards are imposed.

Freshness is the keynote of their business and deliveries are made throughout the region in refrigerated vehicles on a daliy basis. In addition to the full range of standard cooked meat products, the company can offer a range of "specials" for the larger hotel or insitutional caterer.
