I wouldn't even rate the customer service a 1. I brought a £100 jumper for my boyfriend and it turns out he don't like the jumper. The shopping assistant clearly seen that I was buying the jumper for someone else however I was never notified that they do not do cashback if returned. I spoke to a assistant on the phone and he was nothing but rude and disrespectful. When I asked him why you are allowed to return something online and get your money back but not in store his answer was because you can see what you buy in store. I am not impressed and will never shop here again I also will never recommend it to anyone else either.
