After 7 years of managing a substantial student property portfolio for a private landlord in Norwich, Jon Champion started Champion Property Management in 2014 with one simple goal; to take a fresh and fair approach to letting to students. Lets face it; no one likes letting agents. Whether it's the tenants who gets charged ridiculous fees just to apply for a house, and then can't get an answer to repair that boiler, or the landlord who feels like they're being ripped off and messed around. That's why we like to do things a bit differently. No fees for tenants…ever. Rents are high enough these days, so we don't believe in charging fees to tenants. Proactive ManagementWe actively seek to contact tenants regularly offering advice and help on how to get the best out of their property, whether its advise about using the heating, leaving the house for holidays, or getting the most back from their deposit, this results in happy tenants, and happy landlords. In house maintenanceWe have an in house maintenance team meaning we can attend and deal with issues as and when they arise.
