Champions Church

Champions Church is a family friendly, lively church in the beautiful market town of Skipton, North Yorkshire

Formerly known as Skipton Christian Fellowship, we now are known as Champions Church as we passionately believe that through faith in Christ we become Champions. There has been a Christian Church at the site on Carleton road since 1908, having many names over the years, Carmel Pentecostal Church, Skipton Pentecostal Church and Skipton Christian Fellowship. Pastor Michael has been leading the church since March 2012 and leads the church with a great leadership team who love Jesus and the church passionately. We always give a warm welcome to everyone and hope you will come and visit us soon.

On a Sunday morning at 10. 30am we have our Main Event - our main worship service of the week which includes passionate contemporary worship, life changing and challenging Bible based messages and also we have a packed programme for children called Mini Champions.

On a Thursday there is an interactive Bible Study from 10 till 12. All are welcome.

On Wednesday Evenings we have Life groups once every two weeks - please ask a leader for location.

Also once a month we gather together for the Big Prayer Night

On Friday's our youth work, Identity, meets at the church at 7. 00pm - For young people aged 10 - 16 years. If you know anyone between 10 and 16 - tell them about Identity. We have a great time each week, having fun, friendship and food! We are passionate about helping young people find strong identity and faith in Christ.
